Privacy policy (GDPR)

Duenote is designed to be privacy-first. We process the minimum amount of data needed to deliver the service and we do not require an account.

Controller

Aevon, publisher of Duenote — contact@duenote.aevon.agency.

What we process

The invoice and party details you type are sent to our server only to compute your claim and generate your PDF. They are processed in memory for the duration of the request and are not stored in a database, not used for profiling and not sold.

Legal basis

Performance of the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Payment

When payment is enabled, card processing is handled by our payment provider (Stripe). Duenote never sees or stores your full card number.

Retention

Form data is not retained after your request. Technical server logs (IP, timestamp) are kept for a short period for security and then deleted.

Hosting & location

Data is processed on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany).

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Because we do not keep your form data, most requests concern only technical logs. Contact: contact@duenote.aevon.agency. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.

Cookies

Duenote uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical storage is used to operate the page.
