Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of digital documents (PDF demand letters and interest statements) on duenote.aevon.agency, published by Aevon.

2. Service

Duenote computes statutory late-payment interest and recovery compensation under Directive 2011/7/EU and generates corresponding documents. The free preview is watermarked "SPECIMEN"; the clean, ready-to-send PDF is delivered after payment.

3. Prices

Single document: €6.90 incl. tax. Pack of 5: €14.90 incl. tax. Prices are shown before payment.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by card via a secure payment provider. The clean document is delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed.

5. Right of withdrawal

The service consists of the supply of digital content executed immediately. In accordance with Art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), the consumer expressly acknowledges, at the time of purchase, that delivery begins immediately and waives the 14-day right of withdrawal once the document has been delivered.

Documents are generated automatically from the data you provide and from reference rates you must verify for the relevant period. Duenote is not a law firm and provides no legal advice. The user remains responsible for checking and using the documents.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the user's country of residence.
